Amputee Coalition’s Limb Loss Education Days (LLEDs) are your chance to connect with knowledgeable experts, recreation leaders, exhibitors and the limb loss community near you!
LLEDs provide the opportunity for attendees to learn about current issues concerning limb loss, try new activities, meet other local amputees, explore local organizations, and talk with healthcare companies on exhibit. This low-cost event is meant to bring together people with limb loss, their families and caregivers and connect them with important resources in their community. Registration is only $15, with children 10 years and under free (registration for children 10 years and under will be done at the event).
“LLEDs are special regional events that allow the limb loss community, and those who support it, to gather together, connecting people with local resources and promoting fun and healthy recreation,” says Karen Lundquist, Chief Communication Officer.
